F. Miles Adler is a graduate of the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina School of Law.  Admitted to practice 2002, South Carolina;  United States District Court, South Carolina; United States Bankruptcy Court, District of South Carolina.  Miles served in the United States Navy prior to law school.​

Miles primarily represents regional and small businesses and individuals with their commercial litigation and collection matters as well as those with financial problems. Areas of experience include: commercial mortgage foreclosure and defense; partnership disputes; receivership; bank workouts; bankruptcy; lender liability; and creditor rights.  He also provides representation on business transactions to include negotiating and drafting contracts, advising on regulatory compliance matters, and planning for control and succession. Miles also regularly represents fiduciaries and interested parties in probate matters and trust and estate disputes. In addition, Mr. Adler has experience working with federal and state regulatory agencies on compliance and enforcement issues to include the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, and various states’ Office of Attorney General.
